Located in Baker Park, the Barc Park is owned and operated by the Henry County Humane Society and is maintained by Animal Shelter staff. This one acre park is divided into two sections - one for small dogs and one for large dogs.

Membership is $45 per year for New Castle residents and $55 per year for out of town residents. There is an additional fee of $10 for each additional dog within the family.

All dogs must be spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations and have a current city license (where applicable).
