City licenses are required for all dogs and cats within New Castle city limits and in the town of Kennard. Licenses are issued at the Animal Shelter.

Spayed/Neutered animals - $10/year

Non Spayed/Neutered animals - $35/year

Spayed/Neutered animals - $5/year

Non Spayed/Neutered animals - $25/year
